These tall/wide supports offer much more protection side to side when compared to typical SFI 45.1 roll bar padding. Our ISP-1026 SFI-45.2 supports fit like a custom head support system without consuming the time and effort normally required for completion of such a safe and good looking product.

EIS W50 meets and exceeds the SFI 45.2 specification for materials used in energy management for occupant protection in motorsports. This highly engineered energy managing foam was developed in accordance with higher standards governing the materials that can be used for head and body protection in various motorsports sanctioning bodies. It is widely used in headrest applications as occupant seating systems. EIS W50 is a resilient foam, meaning it will not stay deformed after a crash but will return to its original shape, keeping you protected for multiple impacts in a crash.

On July 10th. 2009 at SFI laboratories ISP was the first manufacturer to pass the toughest seat spec. in the world, SFI-39.1.  This seat is custom built to your measurements, giving you a comfortable and secure fit.  This seat has already been track tested and proven.

ISP SFI 39.1 tags

Your seat builder says they were the first to pass SFI 39.1, please ask them to see SFI 39.1 tags #1 and #2 to prove it. ISP has the #1 and #2 tags, this is because we high G sled test and were ready for the new spec before testing started. If you are working with a seat builder who does not sled test, you are placing your life at great risk! Lightweight and Cheap seats are just that, weak and cheap to build. ISP SFI 39.1 seats will fit in your COT or other car, please be certain the seat you purchase will fit properly.

You will not find a better product on the market, our systems are backed with the knowledge gained through 70 dynamic sled tests and several static laboratory tests. The dynamic and static laboratory testing allows comprehensive testing of each component used in an ISP safety system. ISP conducts regular safety seminars to educate race teams and sanctioning bodies, everyone plays an integral part in driver safety. To complete your new safety system or upgrade an existing system we offer a extensive line of head restraints, leg and shoulder supports as well as all complementing hardware. You can depend on ISP to keep you safe and comfortable.

Be wary of products appearing similar to ISP products, all are impostors and have not been engineered or tested to meet the strict quality and performance requirements of ISP systems. ISP utilizes the best energy management to weight ratio of materials available. Laboratory testing has proven you are not safe in seats considered "Light Weight". The minimal amount of weight savings with a lightweight seat system is negligible and not worth the risk. Do not powder coat or weld an ISP seat, multiple heat cycles will reduce the strength of the aluminum by reducing its temper. Furniture foam is still used in the racing seat industry please avoid usage of furniture foam for impact protection.Kris VanGilder with a customer
